CHAMPION SYSTEMS CLUB KIT - THE ORDERING PROCESS
You will now be taken to a screen where you can order items or review your orders.
To begin ordering items select the Team Store option. If this appears to be a dead end then it means that there is no store window open at this time. Typically Worthing Excelsior sets up four a year dependent upon demand. If you are keen to make an order then please notify Jeff Blunsdon and he will open a new window with the supplier. |
Clicking on an item type (e.g. Cycling Jerseys Tech/Apex/Performance Jerseys - Blue) will show the range available for purchase.
Champion Systems have provided an excellent guide to their range of products to help customers decide what is best for their needs. |
Members must pay Champion Systems in full by credit / debit card when they submit their orders online. There are no surcharges or fees for this payment method. (Note that as from 2017 onwards Champion Systems have made it so that the price that you see is the price that you pay - no more adding VAT and delivery).
Once the deadline is reached and the factory’s minimum order requirements of 10+ units (aggregated across the members’ orders) has been met, the kit order will go on to Champion System’s production schedule. Lead time for delivery of kit is approx. 4-5 weeks. (No changes to proofs, sizes or quantities can be made after order submission).
There is a “No Refund / No Exchange” policy so do please take care.
There is an excellent sizing guide on the suppliers web site: https://champsys.uk/pages/cycling-sizing-guide. Follow it carefully.
The club holds a sample sizing set of Small/Medium/Large club jerseys (Graeme Gill holds these) and this may help you to choose. As a final check you might also seek out members who already have purchased similar items. If it still goes wrong after all that then you’ll just have to find another WECC member to trade with.
Each kit order will be delivered by FedEx to Jeff Blunsdon and will then be distributed (individually bagged) at the weekly club meeting session as per usual.
